- I adore this site and all the beautiful, lovely, wonderful people I'm getting to know.
I really love the 30 Appreciation Journey Group which has now changed it's name to 'The LOVE Club's 30 Day Appreciation Journey'.
What a fabulous group! I'm really enjoying it.
From 15 February I've committed to eating 'all raw' food for 30 days. (as part of the 'Fresh and Healthy Foods for 30 Days' group). My most challenging - yet exciting - 'challenge' so far!
It's amazing to be connecting and co-creating with people from all over the world. Thank you all for being so honest and open about your selves and your ups and downs in this co-creating process.
It's great to be honest and 'real' with others but I've also discovered it's even more vital to be honest and truthful with yourself. For instance, about what you REALLY want, not what you think you should want. When I'm in any challenging situation now I enjoy saying to myself "The Truth Is.... " and then allowing my heart and soul to speak, and say what I really think and feel.
I love anything relating to my spiritual growth - books, audio, workshops, videos - anything!
I've been immersing myself in Abraham-Hicks (probably always will!) and have decided that my very simple focus for this season is 'be in the Vortex'. That's it! From here on in, my life is simple. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing what happens.....

- To Feel GOOD! To know that feeling great is my natural state, and to be aware of my emotions and thank and honour them all.
When I feel good, life flows and everything is easy. When I feel good, I find that when I need something, or need to know something, it arrives - sometimes in unexpected ways - but it arrives. I'm following my 'inner guidance' more. Sometimes it seems illogical - like if I really need to do something and I don't feel like doing it. I feel I 'should' do it but I don't want to. Then it turns out that something happens and I don't need to do it after all!
I'm also doing the Abraham 'processes' in 'Ask and it is given' and these tools really work - especially for me the 'Focus Wheel' and 'Scripting' (see my video blog and video comments for more on scripting - a great process!). Apparently even Esther does the processes - every day! If it's good enough for Esther Hicks it's good enough for me.....

Dying wasp? There's a message here somewhere.

This morning I noticed a wasp on the stairs in my hallway, he was staggering around looking unwell. I grabbed a piece of tissue paper and placed it next to him so I would notice it and step round him. A little later he had stopped moving and looked dead.
I decided to move him to a safer spot (presumably) to die. As I gently edged him with tissue onto a piece of card he started to move and grabbed onto the tissue. I reckon it… Continue

Yes, I admit it, I would have been excited if the England team had won the football match today.
But.... I'm not devastated.
I don't particularly like football, which may have something to do with my ambivalence.

For some reason, I have searched for scripting videos before, but had somehow never seen yours. & Then yesterday, I joined this website and was just browsing around, and I opened up a bunch of tabs, but didn't bother to read them and went to bed. Today, the first tab I clicked on, I saw a video, but couldn't see what it's about, but I decided to click 'play' anyhow, and -surprise!- it's yours. Greece is indeed a very nice country especially for vacation - it is not the same if you live in... The weather is very good the most of the time. If you can come for holidays it will be wonderful. But in my opinion the best is to live at least in two countries! I like very much travelling throughout Europ and I hope tfor he rest of my life having the experience to move though different countries. I woul'd like very much!

It' s very nice all that you write and you do. I woul'd like to know you better ( sorry about my english but I learn hard in order to improve quickly ).
As far as row food is concerned, I have tried last summer for 2-3 months and it was amazing and not difficult at all! During this period I was feeling very well and I was not at all hungry! I want to continuou and I am sure to do it shortly. I have only to take the decision!
