So, it has been a few weeks since I wrote on Day 1....since then I have started a diet. I am one day away from a full week on the diet. I am trying to follow Wendy Chant's book Crack the Fat Loss Code. It is pretty good....just keeping me busy making sure I have all the foods I need to eat all day.
