Hi co-creatorsits day ??? and things are as they are.I REALLY NEED £1095 TO DO A SHORT COURSE SO I CAN STUDY TO BE A TEACHER OF MUSIC, does anyone feel like helping me or have any fantastic ideas or information on how i can get the moneyi am in the UK and already have an honours degree so i'm not elegible for government funding, i am on a low income and have two lovely children, and need this course so i can apply to do a teachng qualification which i will receive government funding forANY…See More

Day 77 season 1 Sunshine

I started yesterday with a phone call at 6am with my sister in Australia who is a magicians way practitioner, she taught me an incredible technique for dealing with negative/destructive thoughts which goes briefly as follows:
1. negative thoughts generally originate from beliefs formed (by us) to protect us in childhood.… Continue

perfect day girl said… - Yes dora, this community provides such support through challenging times, and I love how we can learn so much from each others journeys. I am glad to hear that I was able to offer some words which helped you. The biggest thing that I am learning at the moment, and which is really helping me, is to remember that the outer world is merely a reflection of what is going on inside of us. I am on a journey to clean up my inner mess, so to speak. I have had years of struggling with issues ranging from anxiety, eating problems, depression, and just a general feeling of dissapointment in life. I am using techniques like meditation, affirmations, eft, self love, visualisation, physical cleansing and yoga to help me. If you are going through some tough times, go inward and find your answers. You will never find the solutions in the external world. You are a spiritual being having a human experience and at your core you are just pure love.
