About Me:
I will be 69 in two months and have spent the past 18 & half years guiding my self out of a chronic state of ill health which came on me suddenly and which the medical profession have been unable to resolve. I have made progress over the years and like the very recent synchronicity that came to me between listening to Gregg Braden on Shfira Hendri's Global Awakening Summit and you YouTube video on the 100 day challenge. You might interview Shifra if you haven't already done so.
I have taken 100% responsibility for my life present and future and have let go of all debilitating events/emotions that are past

My intention is to recover full health and my goal is to work elderly people to show that they do not have to become frail, incapacitated, dependent on others and a drain on the state. That they can live active and fulling live until they transit
