About Me:
I love color, laughter, music, looking at things - skies, seas, mountains, museums, food. I come from a long line of artists and was taught by my grandpa to really observe the things I'm seeing. I relish creating - writing, cooking, working on my torch or with my kiln and glass. I'm a reader and a learner, and I love words! I long for peace and justice and equality in our world. I am a pastor at a small multiethnic church in Hawaii. Moved here from my homeplace in Southern California and love it (but miss my family and friends and the wide open spaces of home). I got sick just months before coming here - never dreamed that I would still be sick nearly 3 years later - the virus I had became ME/Chronic Fatigue, which makes everything a massive challenge.

to love my life NOW. To discover the best way to live my life now. To regain my health to be able to walk the dog, hike, snorkle, swim and set up my glass and jewelry studio and start making art. To open my heart to accepting and giving love and expressing gratitude.

Try and rest for 10 mins in every hour, in a comfortable postion, resting all your joints and try and listen to the relaxation kit.
