PHYSICAL
I am manifesting an increase in aerobic activity. I will exercise a minimum of 200 minutes this week. I will do atleast 3 days of weight training. LOW CARB/LOW FAT starting Tuesday!!!! TRY 5 DAYS.... The pounds are falling off. I am fgs.
