One of my goals for this journey is to live a healthier life - through diet and exercise in particular. My diet is pretty good for the most part but i really struggle with exercise. I hate doing exercise I don't enjoy - for example running. I'm not a big fan of running at all. On the other hand, I LOVE yoga, I like swimming, lifting weights, going for long walks/hikes, etc.
