- I was a former teacher ... somehow I am being asked to return to that life again ... and my dreams of doing something different with the 20 years or so left of my life have been put on hold. I guess I will need to write my books and do my Art in the wee hours of the night... as every daylight hour will be consumed by school as it was before. Hopefully I will be able to perform my daytime duties while still having energy for completing my life purpose. I know I am meant to write these stories for children.
Today, on May 1, 2009, I am making a decision against my will and will agree to return to the classroom to satisfy my husband's need for money. I will return to teaching. I hope it doesn't crush me again like it did 18 mo. before.
Over my three decade career I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st, 5th, ESL, Opportunity classes, and junior high. I am manifesting that my new position teaching (2nd) they changed it to 4th grade June15 brings hope & happiness to my husband, the children I touch, and my community and that I am blessed this time as I was for most of my career and that the lunacy on "nclb" has abated. I am certain if I am meant to do this then I will have strength, mental focus and emotional balance to carry on and that my path will be shown to me. Most importantly I hope that I remember what I have learned and seek Spirit at all times.
For 3 yrs of my life (Jan. 19, 2006 thru May 1, 2009) I have been in a time of great change for me. It is as if the universe is shoving me in many new directions. I had been resisting change for a long time and thus have made everything worse on myself because of my own stubborn resistance. I now have no choice but to go with the flow of my life even if it takes me seemingly where I don't want to go.
I am so glad to have found this community that will help me to understand my life purpose and smooth the bumps as it unfolds. I look for all the new life purposes my God is revealing and hasten to go forward bravely in any encounter set before me.

- This is my season 6. I now have my goals posted on the inside of my bedroom drawer so that my intentions can be a little more private. I have made much progress and now have some more private goals to rock shop on.

I look forward to the structure that this 100 day challenge will provide. Here are some of my over arching intentions or beliefs that I wish to base my new life on. (In a few days I hope to have a more specific hierarchy in outline form of A.) intentions, B.) goals, C.) objectives & actions.)

Carmen said… - Thank you, for reminding of me! In my part of the world is like everywhere else. Meaning its not so great, but this are only little things, isnt't it? In my inner world, days where'nt so easy , but in our coutry we say " all the worse is for good". I am getting through a divorce, right now, and its not what I want it for me and for my little boy. But life goes on and we learn from what we experience. I am sure that everything happens for a reason. But things will settle down, and I will have more time for what is really important for us. Because I believe that this is a challenge from life to make a step forword and I accepted it.
How are things in USA? You have a new presindent. I hope its for the best.
