School starts tomorrow, and today I am preparing the house - with a smile on my lips and a song in my heart!
I just visited the Daily Intention group - what an excellent idea! I had forgotten the joy of starting off with a good positive plan!
Earlier today I was working on my long-term goals aka life priorities. I named one Big Hugs, because I want my time with my family to be filled with appreciation and joy!
This evening, my son-in-law's new employer stood our group, which consisted of me, my daughter, her husband of course and the 2 grandsons (10 & almost 12) to the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe. After, we had dinner at the Red Robin.

Yesterday I woke up at 11:30 - and thought I would get it straight with the Paratransit so I don't have to cab up to the hospital for PT. By the tine I was done with that & took a shower - there would be no going in public w/o that shower - it was 1 pm and I was already late for pulmonary therapy.

I just started working on my goals in One Note - and I see that all of my "goals" are actually habits I want io work on, and they are also almost entirely physical. I guess that makes sense as my major complaint at this time is that I can't seem to breathe and move a the same time. I am overweight, filled with water, and my blood pressure is skyrocketing. I have COPD. and my CPAP is not due to sleep apnia, it is due to not getting enough oxygen at night.
