I need some advice. I'm having trouble visualizing. I try but I dont really feel it, and I need to feel it. I can imagine all the situations i want but really feeling like Im receiving, I'm struggling.

Today I really need to keep my head above water. As negastive unproductive thoughts attempt to creep in I keep pushing them away with a smile.
