I did it! By today, day 30, I am a non-smoker!! I even stopped using the patch on Dec. 26th because I could feel the nicotene running through my blood stream and it was very painful. Doing this without the patch makes me feel even more successful because now I'm also nicotene free and not depending on anything to help me through each day. Now I depend on my own thoughts to direct me, not an addiction to go outside every couple hours.
I just updated some of intentions. I was reading over them on my home page and realized I desperately needed to be more specific about my goals. For example, one of my goals-dreams for as long as I can remember is to travel. Simply, the word "travel". I know where I want to go but have never really written it down specifically. I realize I'm attracting things or the lack of things all the time no matter what. For some reason, I don't know what to focus on on a daily basis. I'm drawing blanks on what to visualize and what small actions to take towards a goal. Anyone ever feel like this?
