hello co-creators! I did it! By today, day 30, I am a non-smoker!!  I even stopped using the patch on Dec. 26th because I could feel the nicotene running through my blood stream and it was very painful.  Doing this without the patch makes me feel even more successful because now I'm also nicotene free and not depending on anything to help me through each day.  Now I depend on my own thoughts to direct me, not an addiction to go outside every couple hours. I can actually say with confidence that…See More

hello co-creators!

 

I did it! By today, day 30, I am a non-smoker!!  I even stopped using the patch on Dec. 26th because I could feel the nicotene running through my blood stream and it was very painful.  Doing this without the patch makes me feel even more successful because now I'm also nicotene free and not depending on anything to help me through each day.  Now I depend on my own thoughts to direct me, not an addiction to go outside every couple hours.

I realize I'm attracting things or the lack of things all the time no matter what. For some reason, I don't know what to focus on on a daily basis. I'm drawing blanks on what to visualize and what small actions to take towards a goal. Anyone ever feel like this? Second Day without smoking!

Not sure what to talk about tonight....

Hmmm...Candy was a huge help today. (Sour neon warms, Rollos, and Peanut butter M&Ms) Anyway, I have no idea why italics and bold came on but I can't get rid of right now and just roll with it.

Absolute First>>>>>> Intentions!!

To See this Season to Day 100!!!

Be a NON-smoker by Day 30

Create/Find another source of Income by Day 60 and I'll love doing it

Be Officially Divorced by Day 60 or before.

Work out weekly by Day 30 and 2-3 times a week by day 60

This season, I plan to use an EFT morning session and again before bed finishing with some journaling…

Hi Gretchen,

Thanks for sending me a friend request.  I just looked at your bio and intentions and I think you've got a great list going.  I hope that your smoking cessation is going well?  I smoked for 9 years but quit 18 years ago and have never looked back.  One of the things that helped me to succeed was to envision myself as a non-smoker, (as if I'd NEVER smoked a day in my life), as opposed to a person attempting to be an ex-smoker who can't quite stop thinking about the cigarettes that are only a few minutes away at the nearest convenience store.

Joe Dispenza, (featured in the movie, "What the Bleep #@!*"), has some good tips on "pruning" the brain of neurons that are associated with unwanted habits.

No surgery or drugs required.

I am supporting you on your journey of joyful change.  You've got this in the bag!

Just reach out if things get tough.  That's what this community is all about!

Hi Gretchen, I saw your comment on the homepage about "what if I'm too lost to know what I really want". I think the times that we are "lost" are the times when we have the most clarity, because we can only see ONE thing. If you were to only see ONE thing, what would it be?
