Back on Track

I over did it the day after I came home from hospital and it took a couple of days to get back on my feet. I was actually hungry today... I am grateful for mashed potatoes w/ gravy w/bits of chicken... YUM!  I am grateful I feel stronger... I am grateful to John and James. I am grateful to have a comfortable place to live... I  am grateful to Vince at Medical office to work his magic... I am grateful to be alive!

Thanks for replying to my question on my update. It sounds like your practice is alot like mine except I still do spell work from time to time. On your recommendation, I've ordered a couple of books by Louise Hays: You Can Heal Your Life & Meditations to Heal Your Life. I'm excited and looking forward to reading them.
