I'm a 29 year old male who stands 6'2" tall and could be described as being skinny as a rake, I’m one of those annoying people that eats loads, could probably eat 4000 calories in a day and not put on weight. I put it down to being hyperactive, I remember watching a documentary once that did an experiment on 2 men of roughly the same weight and height, they worked in the same office doing the same job, they gave them the same diet for 14 days and banned them both from going to the gym. One seemed very relaxed all the time, he sat at his desk and plodded on with his work where the other was just like me, hyper! When he was sitting at his desk he'd be bouncing his legs around, when he'd be on the phone he'd pace back and forth, you get the picture. The guy who was hyper burnt between 500-1000 calories extra per day without doing anything different or going down the gym. This all sounds great but there are disadvantages, I have to be aware I do tend to embarrass my Girlfriend and Family sometimes. Examples like having a full-on in depth conversation with the person behind me in a long queue at the shops or come to think of it anywhere there are people I’d never met before and I'm bored and wanting to liven things up a bit.
Career wise I used to organise a business exhibition here in the UK which drew over 20,000 entrepreneurs. This gave me and the team the opportunity to work with the BBC, getting involved in the launch of 'The Dragons Den' back in 2004.

I feel euphoric and ever so thankful to have stumbled across ‘The Secret’. I put 100% into practising the teachings and find it amazing just how much time I have in the day to follow my program.
I’m so joyful and thankful to be such a perfect example of health and optimum fitness. I find it radiates from me, in my eyes, through my smile and in my posture. I have dazzling clear eyes and gorgeous young skin. I’m calm and composed yet bursting with energy. Every night of the week I’m able to fall sound asleep and wake feeling refreshed and ready for another productive day.
I’m so pleased and grateful to be working for a company I love. I find my job stimulating and it feels fantastic to exceed every target that’s set for me. Everyone in the office enjoys my camaraderie and they love to be around me. I’m earning £35,000 pounds this year yet I feel a millionaire because my life is so rich in every area.
It feels great and I’m so thankful to be such an attentive listener. When speaking to clients I listen with both ears and talk with one mouth. Listening twice before talking once enables me to listen to all of their thoughts and never interrupt them when they are speaking.
