Blessings From Pain

I am not going to explain the childhood that I had at the moment, because this post is about finding the blessings, not dwelling in the pain. Even in the darkest hours of our life, and when we feel we've hit rock bottom, we are 100 percent responsible for our lives. It is our responsibility to fight our way back up. It is our responsiblity to turn obstacles into exercises for our soul. It is our responsibility to embrace the blessings that arise from our challenges. Now, the blessings that arose…See More

Think I'll go on a nature hike, maybe some other things. Today I wish to assess the blessings that arose from my less-than-easy childhood.

About Me:
My name is Jas and like all people, I am a spiritual being having a human exprience. Unlike most people, I became aware of my spiritual nature at the young age of eleven, when I discovered the joys of self progression and spiritual enlightenment. I am a clairvoyant who also has experiences of clairempathy and clairsentience, and this have also known from a very early age.

I am areligous and coreligous, a phrase I have coined. Basically I believe that religion is a paradox, a human construct that claims divinity. However, Spirituality exists independently of man, Spirit doesn't need us to exist, but we need it to live fulliled lives. Spirtuality transcends all man made divisions, and connects us all on a level of deepest psyche.

My current views haven't always been my beliefs. My spiritual journey actually started with Wicca. It was a nice gateway religion for me, and it helped me to begin exploring spirituality and questioning the accepted "norm" of our society which is so preoccupied with religion. I no longer identify as wiccan, although I will forever be grateful for what that beautiful path brought to my life and how it changed it.

Now I belong to a very prestigious online school of paganism called Magicka School where I work (for free) as a Tarot Reader and a Mentor for the class offered on wicca, it is my hope that wicca will help others to open their eyes to spirituality, just as it did for me once upon a time. Perhaps some of my students will stay on their wiccan paths for life, but I assume that most will continue to progress as I did, beyond religion.

On a less spiritual note, I have heavy interests in psychology, sociology, anthropology, and philosophy. I am eighteen years old and in a relationship with a beautiful woman. I enjoy the outdoors and physical activity, but not nearly as much as a good nap :-)
