- About Me:
- I am an artist ! I love art, live and breathe it and have been living my dream job for about 2 years now. I paint contemporary abstract paintings and paint from my soul and am inspired deeply by nature. I sell my work from my own site and various galleries in the UK & Ireland. I am married with 2 children, I love travelling, walking in the countryside, cycling. My favourite place on the planet is the Maldives (Meeru Island), I yearn to travel more and more, I would love to meet the Shamans in Peru, having just read a book recently on Shapeshifting, fascinating. I love to read, mostly spiritual books, self empowerment books such as the Abraham books, dvds, and cds. I love to laugh, i am always watching comedy on the tv, I love to dance (mostly around my kitchen!).
I have completed my Reiki 2 (some years ago now) and practice this on friends, family and myself, I also learnt Indian Head Massage and Reflexology a few years ago and love to practice both these too - love to receive too, the most relaxing treatments ever!
I also love to make meditation and visualisation videos; I have been greatly inspired to create these videos to encourage and help people live a life of complete wellness...... it is my intention to produce more and more of these videos to help more and more people on this planet. - My intention for the next 100 days is to continue to live from the heart, to shine in this skin like I'm here to shine.
I intend to see the divinity in myself and others and everything in my life.
I intend to fully trust in the universe and the process. To ask more for what I truly want in life, my hearts desire and to believe it is mine.
I intend to recognise the synchronicities along my journey in life and appreciate all that i have in my life right now.
To follow my dreams, to live and breathe my art and to teach others to express themselves, this is my intention for 2010 and beyond.
To be open to the new and let go and trust more and more.
To continue to inspire and enhance the joy in peoples lives by creating more meditation videos.
