Hi JustBelieve! I found a great way for being more grateful for what I have and thought I'd share. When I take a break from my office job I go for a walk. While I'm walking, I say, "I'm grateful for me feet, legs, lungs, eyes, ears, I'm gratefule for my knees, elbows..." It is so much fun! I end up giggling and laughing to myself. It makes me grateful to be living in this body and to be heatlhy. I try to name as many body parts as I can, right down to my nerves, cells, etc. Try it, it's really uplifting!

My first blog...it's about time (Day 6, Season 1)

Hi everyone,



Finally got a few minutes to write this blog...I should really start planning some time to do this more often. I'm now at day 6 of my first season and things are going great!!! I managed to incorporate between 30 minutes and 2.25 hours of walking into my routine each day by walking instead of taking transit and I can now (amazingly!) fit into jeans that I did not wear for the past year or so!
