"Wow! this is so true, self conciousness can really spoil the art of creating. I took my inner child out to play at the weekend, I created a giant flower painting, I painted like a child, without a care in the world, I didn't try to make it look…"
"Hi Kat! Haven't been here in a while, just stopping by to see what you are up to in the challenge. Are you posting any blogs or video updates? Miss seeing you guys:) I think I need to start another challenge, feeling a little stagnate lately.…"
I live in the beautiful Lake District and work as a waitress, but my real passion is creativity and people. I
In 2006 I lost my dad to cancer, which made me question my own mortality and how important it is to live a life you love, every single day; do the things you love, surround yourself with people you love and whom love you, most importantly love yourself.

Intentions & Goals:
Create Finacial Abundance
Every week, pay 10% of my earnings in to my savings account and give 10% of it to a charity.
Spend less than I earn!
Do work I love and want to do, while earning enough money to cover all our house hold bills, pay off bank loans and my credit card.
Bless the abundance of others - Look for people in my life who are 'heroes of abundance'. Take time to bless their success.
Write down everything I spend money on (I am always wondering where my money has gone!)
Reading from books or e-zines that inspire me in the area of creating more money.
Listening to the "I Can Make You Rich" Hypnosis CD by Paul Mckenna. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. And following all the systems in his book.
To build my self belief
Focus on what I want and working out ways to make it happen, even when I'm doubting.
Appreciate myself - Congratulate myself on my successes, past and present (I hardly do this!).
Watch the words I use - Ban negative words from my vocabulary and only talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
Be spontaneous! - Variety, is the spice of life! There's nothing like doing something spontaneous and playful to put me in a positive frame of mind.
To read and follow the book "Be Your Own Life Coach" by Fiona Harrold.
Make over for my mind - improving my conversations!
I want to learn to have more interesting conversations with people.
I'm going to be using the book "How To Have A Beautiful Mind" by Edward De Bono.
I wish to sharpen my mind.
To be more creative in my way of thinking.
Enjoy great conversations!

Thanks for your message and welcome. What a beautiful place to live. Have you read any Michael Neill books? They are really great if you are interested in NLP. He was one of the trainers when I did my NLP training at Paul McKenna training and have really enjoyed his books and CD's especially 'You Can Have What You Want'
Wishing you all the best, Nadine : )
Hi Kat - I am sure you are doing some great stuff. When i came to your page - Des'ree life was playing - the song of the summer when me and my -partner met in ibiza. You are so lucky living in the lake district. I visited up there earlier in October. Was lovely and wet ;-)
Thanks Kat! Been having some technical issues (Gotta love Mercury in Retrograde LOL) but I'm confident they will be sorted out this week so I can start posting videos! I made a short, general list and within the first week I had already accomplished 3 of the 6 goals in one form or another. I've picked up some great books, I still have the Deepak Chopra book that you mailed me to read, and I'm starting back in with my meditations. It feels amazing to be "back" even though I haven't posted anything quite yet. How is your challenge going so far?
Hi Kat. I enjoyed meeting with you in London and have constantly watched to see if you are contributing to the challenge; so glad to see you are starting this new season, I am too. I have been out of touch with everyone for a while due to several personal reasons that I need to pull myself out of and so here goes with the new Challenge. I look forward to watching your journey. Susan x
Hi Kat, I'm so glad you and I are sharing this journey together. I want to be surrounded by positive, beautiful people like you and this is the place to be for that. I am so looking forward to the next 100 days. Can't get to meet up in London with Lilou this time as I am off to Ibiza next week. I shall make some videos while I'm there.Blessings to you and yours. Elle x
Hello Kat. Your page was immediately inspirational! Two things... 1st a good friend of my is currently saddened by the news he received last night that his favorite uncle has cancer... So what you are saying about mortality and living life to the full I am going to share with him. Secondly, my little brother is extremely talented artist and has all the equipment to put his designs on t-shirts and I have been encouraging him to pursue this .. although not easy to start a little company. If you are doing it so can he!!! Have a beautiful journey. Be blessed beautiful soul!
