- About Me:
- I am committed to personal and global evolution and to take 100% responsibility for my reality. Personally I use Ho'oponopono integrated w/other practices, which often come during meditation, plus a sense of humor to stay present and uplifted.
I work with groups and clients using these practices with inspired sound to effect change at a cellular level. I was taught to tone (or do "essence singing") in the 60's as a spiritual practice. In the 90's a language began coming through when I toned. My ancestors and non-physical Self began merging with me so that words, chants, songs and gestures spontaneously happen beyond my intellect's knowledge or ability.
It's been (and continues to be) a process of personality aligning/serving/ being an expression of Source Energy. An essential part of my practice and service continues to be cleaning my heart's cellular memories and allowing my brain to entrain w/ my heart as I access Higher Mind.
In the 70's when my children were small, I began asking questions about how to live my life, solve problems, understand challenging situations etc. I would empty my mind and be open like a child and would hear answers beyond my intellect's current ability. The process continues as my identification with my current form, thoughts, emotions grows weaker and I experience myself as everything in my current reality. It's awe-inspiring what we are all doing together!
It's also admittedly sometimes a bit narley and that's where humor and heart are my saving Grace! Oh and "Witnessing". I need to be witnessing what I am doing, thinking, feeling etc. in order to be at the point of choice; so that is "base camp". I am my own client first and foremost!

- After completing ten years of non-physical "apprenticeship", it is time to become more visible , to expand my community, and serve more people. I intend to get my website up ASAP with MP3s, which will eventually be one or more CDs and to begin sharing the information with people in written form--blogs/booklets/book.

Season 1 My First Day

If you had asked me what I'd be doing today, joining The 100 Day Reality Challenge would not have been so much as a glimmer. In fact I didn't even realize what I had actually joined.
