- Intentions & Goals:
- 1. Short sale or somehow get rid of my vacant investment property in Idaho (404 Indian Rocks).
2. Modify the loan on my 2nd property in Idaho or sell it if possible (133 Indian Rocks)
3. Write our Vision Book and Mission Statement with Jeremy
4. Complete my Investools training, set up paper trading account, call for coaching, do some trades with real money
5. Look into investment opportunities for my parents
6. Organize office and get up to date on all paperwork, filing, financial documents, etc.
7. Purge old clothes - clothing swap?
8. Review real estate notes and audio - determine whether to start note biz or short sales first
9. Begin making money in real estate and investing
10. Help Jeremy to start making more money as well through CD sales, composing, new gigs.
Overall, my intention is to get up-to-date on everything in my life, make progress on my big goals and really focus on doing my practices on a regular basis. My main goal right now is to begin generating income through investments and to create some financial stability for me and my husband so that we can pursue our next big dream of buying a house.
