Well, put more flyers up. I bet the people are just waiting to call you. You know how it is when you get business card, and then wait two weeks to call the business until it works best for you. I would bet that's what's happening.

Hi Kimberly. The average time to get to the first level of managment, District Manager, is 4 months. Some people do this in one, two or three months and some take a longer time. Obviously the quicker you climb, the more money you make. Also, we encourage people to get to District Manager as soon as possible because then you get 8% of all sales and you qualify for bonuses. This business is all about time leveraging. If you can put in 10 hours a week and you can find four others to do the same, you are compensated on 50 hours a week. However, if you decide to let the other people do all the work and you just sit back, these people will pass you and then you are not compensated any longer. This is a very fair business model. I see you have two young children. My husband and I have two daughters, Katie 13 and Lynzie 12 Life is very busy and can get stressful and when I think I'm working full time and now working my home-based business it seems like I don't have any extra time . . . and then I remember that this is only temporary because in the not-too-distant future, I'll be able to quit my corporate job and be at home for my family and work my Arbonne business full time. This is my passion. I absolutely love doing this business and I know that it will open so much more for me and my family and it will also allow us to give to others.
