Ok i have to admit that by skipping a few days of not doing a video blog and then skipping a week or two of not doing any blog, really throwed me out of the game and got me almost back to groundlevel.

Ok so today, Saturday 31st Jan 2009, I felt a bit better after reading the comments from my wonderfull ccor friends and also after reading on Ho'oponopono ( discovered from my CCOR friend Greg's blog), WOW even just trying to pronounce this name Ho'oponopono, makes me feel better, makes me want to laugh at myself and even laugh at the world, why o why do we make things so complicated for ourselves... this is what this word does for me, without even knowing what its true meaning is.... ok so from yesterdays video anyone with any EQ could sense that I am definitely not my ol self, in fact today went on with me sitting in the dumps, being a bxxch as husand called me today (not in a bad way though just making me attend on my attitude) and been wandering around like a cat who lost his plate of cream.
