- As I begin Season 6, I've been looking back at all the changes I have made since Season 1, and I have to say I have come a long way. I am finally feeling able to step into my power, to embrace my inner Goddess and live the life I have only dared to dream about.

- Intentions for Season 6
#1 - I am becoming a Reiki Master, I begin my master class Oct 8th.
#2 - I am returning to coaching, I have been working on creating my own model of coaching and am inspired to start sharing it
#3 - I am returning to my natural body weight. I intend to release 20 pounds this season
#4 - I am putting together my research for a new business I want to launch next year involving Reiki, crystals, candles, herbs, and essential oils.
#5 - I am the priority in my life. My well being and feeling good is the most important thing in my life right now.

Day 1 of Season 4

Well, today I am embarking on Season 4. This isn't going to be a very exciting or flashy season of big manifestations, but rather a season of going within, reconnecting, remembering who I am, regaining a hold on my life. I'll be working toward rebuilding from the foundation up and I am absolutely thrilled about it. I get to create it any way I want it, which is really, really exciting for me.

Gratitude is something that transcendes time and space, it is love and appreciation rapped up in one swoop of knowing that all is perfect and well in the world. It is that feeling you get by looking at a sunset, or sunrise, giving birth to a child, or being surrounded by the people you love and who love you.
Gratitude is the ultimate feeling of relief. It is that pure feeling of letting go of all that is less than perfect and for the moment being totally connected to the source of all good in life. It is the breath of God breathing you.
My gratitude is overflowing knowing that God is in charge of your every breath and all is well, today and every day!
