- Intention: To start by periods of 100 days - during one year - to fully love myself, not searching a partner,but to love myself unconditionally only.
Goals for the first 100 days (January - April 10, 2013):
a) To see a romantic movie each weekend
b) To have a minispa every two weeks at home (Saturdays) taking care of my hair, my body.
d) To do yoga three times per week, in the afternoons after work and before studying.
f) To buy flowers red roses
g) To ready the book "Madly in love with me" and do religiously the exercises.
i) To see videos of britney spears and women of beautiful bodies every weekend
k) To visit nice clothes stores and get discounts with cards
l) To drink more wather - alkaline
m) meditate in the mornings - wake up at 6am and do my meditation exercises.

- My vacation was great, thanks for asking. Niagara Falls is just unbelievable! And all the things you can do there are unbelievable too. We got SO close to the falls so many times. And there are beautiful rainbows in front of the falls ALL THE TIME. It is really spectacular. I recommend it for anyone who needs their spirits lifted and wants to get back in touch with the power and wonder and beauty of the universe. Great luck with Season 4!
