Hi guys,Time flies when you are having fun and I had some fun!Very active at the moment to prepare for my walk to Santiago.Try to walk at least 1 hour per day, preferrably 2 hours per day - but I realize that five weeks from tomorrow I will have to walk at least 4 hours per day, including mountains to 1500 meters...so... yes, I still need to push it a little more to achieve my goal.But.... do I ask, what is my goal? About Me:
Hi everyone. My name is Liesbeth (pronounce as Leesbed)I am married - my husband is my very very best friend and soulmate! - and mom of 3 healthy children (18, 20, 22 years) and ready for a new period in my life. My youngest one has almost moved out and it is time to have a good look at what I want out of life.

My hobbies are sculpturing and being creative with my hands in any way I can. Trying to help other people in general seems to be a way of life for me.

I have 2 Berner Sennen dogs: Saartje is 11,5 years old and Sofie is 6 months young. They bring an awful lot of joy into my life!

Last December I went to the Arthur Findlay College in England for a week of mediumship and spiritual development. It was very very special. Here in Holland I also join a class to learn more about spirit contacts and readings. I'm convinced that spirits do exist and help us - eventhough we don't always realize it.

The CCOR came at the right moment in time: I need to set goals in my life and create some structure. This will help me to live a life of fulfillment and that is exactly what I am looking for right now!

So - it is time for CHANGE and the time is NOW!

Hi guys,

Time flies when you are having fun and I had some fun!

A minimum of 45 minutes per day....

Posted on January 22, 2009 at 10:48am 0 Comments

Well - I started off with 20 min. per day, but increased it to a minimum of 45 minutes walking per day..... My body still cooperates so it works this way for me. Yesterday I finished another book on the Camino, this time from a German guy. Not spiritual in the way Shirley Mc.Laine and Paolo Coelho wrote, but very down to earth - all about the dangers, pain and disasters of the Camino... Well - it's good to be prepared (if ever you can be) in a way, but I don't want to raise any fear in me.… Continue

Walking, walking, walking

Hi guys - can't believe it, but I am actually starting to enjoy walking!! My Camino to Santiago is not because of the religious aspect, neither for my love of walking.. To tell you the truth, I have never liked to walk if I didn't have to. Why? I have no idea, but it has always been like that. Why then walk all the way to Santiago?? Again, I don't really know! The thought just entered my mind just before Newyears eve and I just knew that THAT was what I was going to do.

I felt it so… Continue

Day 2

Posted on January 16, 2009 at 3:59pm 3 Comments

This day was another confirmation for me that life goes the way it goes - not usually the way you planned it, but that's o.k. I'm sort of getting used to that now.

Tonight I've bought boards for my husband (black), my daughter (gold) and myself (yellow/gold) so tomorrow we can make our visionboardday together! I'm really happy that they join me in the process so they will benefit from it as well. We are all looking forward to that.

This will also help me to finally get my goals… Continue

Good morning to everyone! THis is the FIRST DAY of the REST OF YOUR LIFE so be HAPPY and enjoy it!!
I started this morning by walking...... training for my Camino to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, in May this year.
My goal for today is to be happy - smile as much as possible and (after my coffee in a minute) start making my wishlist and then meditation.
