My ponder/wonder for the day:
How long does it take to actually create a habit?
Habits are created through repetition right? Until we nolonger even need to think about what we are doing, it's automatic, like brushing ones teeth 1st thing in the morning. In becoming more conscious about creating the things we do want in our lives it got me thinking if there is an optimum/key amount of time that something needs to be done for it to become automatic?
