I recently threw my inner critic over the cliff and began doing art for the first time since High School. I did a piece called "The Beginning". It is a manifestation of my insides which for so long did not reflect my outsides. Using the LOA I have released 130 pounds. What a great day. I got myself up at 5am and went to the gym. Had to squeeze it in before my husband left for work so someone would be with the kids. Feels good that I am no longer making excuses and designing a well lit path for myself to follow. If I can envision it, it can be a reality. The endorphins really help eliminate my anxiety. So nice to log on and find all these nice blogs and videos that help me keep it focused on my new and improved reality. Just sort of riding the wave today and enjoying the sunshine. Feeling even keeled and positive. Nothing exciting really, just the absence of tons of negativity. Its so calming. Feeling in the swing of things again. Was filled with energy and vitality today. Full of hope and a sense of well being. Attended a women's healing circle this evening. It was an excellent time. My whole attitude has changed in a days time. Its miraculous. All I needed to do was set my intention to create my reality and the results were instantaneous.
