Day 85 - Change is coming

Posted on January 15, 2009 at 7:33pm 0 Comments

Well it has been a while since I have written a blog. Obviously being Christmas holidays and with the weather over 35 degrees celcius every day, I have not spent much time inside on the computer but outside in the pool or at the beach. I have enjoyed my holidays and I have attracted a new group of friends into my life. I have wanted to get fit and healthy for a while now but I have found it a bit difficult doing that with the lifestyle I have had over the past year. I have had a great time and… Continue

Day 42 S1 - Turning a Bad Situation Into A Lesson

Posted on December 3, 2008 at 11:24pm 0 Comments

Hello everyone, thank you so much for your encouraging words on my last blog, where I was feeling in a bit of a lull.

I have regained my positive attitude.

I have realized with the situation I found myself in last week, was a culmination of listening to my friends about their troubles, and instead of releasing them after they had been dumped on me, I took the troubles and started to try to solve and make them better. I am grateful for the revelation that I need to release… Continue

Day 40 - S1 - Why Do People Come to Me With their problems?????

Posted on December 1, 2008 at 9:17pm 2 Comments

I have had a very busy week solving everyone elses problems, therefore attracting negativety.

I have been attracting other people's problems all week, which has subsequently led me to become more focussed on solving their situations therefore losing sight of what I want to achieve and BE in my life.

I have found myself surrounded by friends with marriage and work problems. I really don't want to take it on any more but I am not sure on how to quietly move away from all… Continue

Day 29 Season 1 - Expect Changes, When I Make Changes

Posted on November 19, 2008 at 8:54pm 0 Comments

Good Morning Co Creators.

It's day 29 of my first season and this morning when I got on my scales (as I do everyday) I had to laugh at myself. Every day I get on the scales and I expect to be a lighter weight. How can I expect a change on the scales when I have not changed any of my actions to create a result????

This I must say, is one difficulty I face every day. I have come up with so many ideas about what I can do with my life, but I talk myself out of action before I… Continue

Day 28 - The Beauty of Being A Child....

Posted on November 18, 2008 at 11:30pm 4 Comments

Hello Co Creators

I have spent the morning in my daughters class and I did a cooking demonstration in front of 60, five year old children. I was a little bit nervous about it, but my daughter had been pestering me for ages and it just made her day to have her mummy in the class, cooking something we eat at home.

What I found interesting about this experience, is how children are so adaptable, receptive and willing to change.

There was a little girl in the class,… Continue

Hi Lisa! Thanks for commenting on my page. You have some wonderful intentions on your list. I especially love "grow my nails"! I know the principles and practices say to have "unreasonable and astonishing" goals, but I find its best to start out simple. Good luck on your journey!
