Intentions & Goals:
This is season 1 of my 100 day challenge. My intentions and goals I am going to keep simple so I am going to only have 3.
1) To get up early to meditate at LEAST 5 times a week so that I go within to learn about myself and grow spiritually. I will continue to ask, seek and learn. I will be consciously aware of my thoughts and determined to remember that my thoughts create my reality so to choose positive thoughts. I will stay positive and keep my vibes high and Love, love, love, LOVE.
2) To Workout both strength training and cardio 3-4 times a week. Eat healthy and get pleanty of rest each night.
3) To keep my house sparkling clean and keep up on all the laundry! (I have two small children!) LOL
I will also be more aware and persent and not complain. When I catch myself complaining I will replace it with love.
