My 100 day challenge was up about a month ago. I've been going through the wringer from the time I started but much has improved since (it was necessary though).

Thanks to all who offered advice and support.

Good afternoon everyone.



So far this has been a very good experience. Comfortable? What I expected? Not really.



Early on when I had the perceptions that I did and took a long hard look at my reality as it actually is - rather than just glancing at it - I was frustrated. Doing something like the 100DRC is pretty out of character for me too.

It's the second day of this challenge and so far hasn't gone as expected (since I didn't know what to expect to begin with). I have been noticing things that I need to do to "fix" things.



Interesting though that if we do something for too long we become too used to it and then fear changing.
