Lunchtime and its my day off from the Establishment. Good. :)
This morning, after I worked out in the weight room at the gym I then decided to be one with nature and be under the warm SoCaL sun in meditation.
There are many forms of meditation for myself. One, of course, is sitting with your legs crossed and your palms on your legs as you breathe in out and with your eyes closed.
