- Hey Masha, thanks for your advice and support on jogging- I've decided to acknowledge cycling as fitness in my goals and now am changing my attitude to jogging altogether- there's sun, I can see ppl jogging and doing fine and seeming happy, etc- I just try to make myself 'want to' jog :) Instead of doing it as a must- so, fingers crossed :)
