Zone cleaning 5 days per week
Daily tasks – making beds, opening curtains, washing up dishes
Walk 15 minutes 5 days per week
Do DVD exercise 3 days a week
Listen to McKenna CD every day
Follow 4 Golden Rules for eating – eat when I am hungry; eat what I want; eat consciously; stop when I think I am full
Eat 1 meal a day at the table
Network with other complementary practitioners
Find pamper and indulgence evenings where I can set up a table
Meditate daily on vision wall

Day 2, Season 1

Yesterday, I :
Did 45 minutes cleaning
Walked 20 minutes, on top of the 45 minutes total I walk doing the 3 school runs each day.
Listened to the McKenna CD before going to sleep
Followed the 4 Golden Rules reasonably well
Did a cursory look for pamper and indulgence day organisers.
Today:
my cleaning focus will be on the hall, stairs, and landing
I will order groceries for next week
I will do 1 load of laundry and put 1 load… Continue

My first day

My day today was spent finalising just how I want to go about doing this.
I have a manifestation wall where I have already posted up pictures and words reflecting some of my goals and the Reiki Principles. To this I will add my cleaning zones so that I know precisely where my focus is going to be each day. And I am going to print up my list of goals and actions so I that I can see them every day.
