Season 2, Day 7 Sister Moment

Finished the Global Meditation over an hour ago. Why did opening my heart so much put me in a deep place of reflection again? I thought I was going to be high on all that love giving and receiving that I felt. I had high expectations, which tells me I was not open to the moment.
