My journey to 40Ibs less
Well here I go........on my journey. I was thinking. What is my plan? I thought maybe I should use the same motivation I use to meditate every day. Three months ago I started meditating an hour a day. At first I was afraid that I would not be able to commit. Since than I am amazed how consistant I've been. I tell you it's one of the best things I've done for myself. Ok........I'm going to start with doing "The five rites" it's a yoga practice that is thousands of years old, anyway I used to practice this form of exercise. Frankly I don't know why I stopped. Forgive me but I have to mentally prepare myself so it might take me a few day to begin. I promise next time I login I would have started my journey. Ok.....fellow co creators wish me well on my journey.
