About Me:
I'm a stay-at-home mom working on becoming a work-at-home mom. I currently live in Philadelphia with my beau and my kids at a friend's place. My husband and I are separated, but still best friends, (and my hubby and beau are friends too).

I have done a few personal development seminars, read several books, done some life coaching... My husband and I have talked for years about putting together our own personal development seminars. However, we're still working on mastering what we want to have in our lives. Of course to master it, we need to really figure out WHAT we want in our lives!

Season 1 Day 59

Posted on May 29, 2010 at 2:00pm 1 Comment

I have been continuing to focus on my photography!

Speaking of which, I've now sold my first print from an event. It was one of the ones I took at the Victorian Picnic. One of the attending gentleman bought the picture took of his wife. He said it's the best picture they've had of her since the 80s. It made me feel really nice.

In addition to that, I'm continuing to keep up on my school work and I'm starting to do some more intense study of photography to be able to eventually… Continue

Season 1, Day 45

Posted on May 14, 2010 at 3:17pm 0 Comments

I have been going through some waves of being more and less productive. Right now I'm on a productive kick!

I have a ton of things that I'd like to have happen during the rest of the 100 days. (This season ends July 8th.) Ok, some of them may be in process still once I'm into my 2nd season.

Current goals:

  1. Continue working on my photography portfolio.
  2. Get more paid photography jobs.
  3. Keep up with school…

Season 1 Day 30

Posted on April 30, 2010 at 2:30pm 1 Comment

I'm so excited and nervous. Yesterday I got an email to tell me a photo shoot I thought was canceled was back on! So, tomorrow, I'm going to be going with a couple of friends to New York, (specifically, Brooklyn) to do a photo shoot.

The issue with all this is that I have NO idea where it will happen, if it will be inside or outside, if it will be day or night... And I have little mobile equipment. (Ok, I have little equipment at all... but still)...

So, this should prove to… Continue

Season 1, Day 20

Posted on April 20, 2010 at 1:39pm 2 Comments

I've had some ups and downs over the past 20 days I had one day that I got really depressed. And though that isn't good or helpful, it only lasted one day, (in the past I used to get depressed and it would last for days or weeks). It took a couple days of recovery, but even so lasted shorted then it used to.

I'm back to creating, though. Today, I'm going to get back to exercising! Yesterday I got on my wii fit and saw that I'm now into the mid 160s. Though it isn't where I wanted to… Continue

Season 1, Day 10

Posted on April 10, 2010 at 1:32pm 1 Comment

The past few days, so much has been going on. We, as a household, have gotten almost the entire living room cleaned. It's clean to the point where last night, one or the other of us would look around and say "wow! Look at this living room". There is still a little more that needs to be done, but one more good day of work on it should get this room finished and ready just maintain. However, today I'll be concentrating on getting my school work done, then work on the magazine I volunteer for for… Continue
