I'm a mum of two and they keep me on my toes. But when they are at school or daycare, I work part time as a nurse at the local hospital and am kept busy with maintaining my health and the house.

Was struggling this past few days. I am getting some help with this soon. Looking forward to talking it out and getting an outside perspective to help me re-think my thoughts in a new light.  A few stressful moments. Most days have been good.

Since my very deep and dark moment last week, things haven't been as bad. Much more relaxed, happy and less anxious and quick to temper. Trying new things at home to help make life a little easier. I have been able to get back to work as normal AND the kids and I aren't sick, so I think that all helps.

This has been especially hard this week, and this last few days have been no different. I am not able to change my view on my own effectively so I am seeking help to put things into perspective. Sometimes outside help can help you to view the things in a new light.

Hard to do when lack of sleep, a down mood, not being able to go to work and a sick toddler all come together at once. But I am trying hard to look at the brighter side. More time at home with family and catching up on cleaning. Plus lots and LOTS of hugs with sick kid at home.

I have been finding myself in much better moods and mind set this past week. But I think its on the edge of coming back down to the pits. I haven't been as relaxed or as happy today compared to the rest of the week. I am not sure of the trigger or how long it has been around before I noticed it. Today I just don't feel as happy as I did.
