Hey Sarah,

I tried to do that with my sister who is at the same time my best friend, however I wanted an accountability partner she didn't care which is why it didn't work out. In my understanding we both have to share our goals with each other. We have to let the other person know what the goal I have for the next day, week or even month (but O strongly suggest to make as frequent as possible, especially in the beginning). My goals you can see on my page if you scroll down. My most important goal however are finishing my bachelor. So I would commit to you for example that I will study 6 hours focused and concentrated on that today and tomorrow and you will ping me those two days to just see how I am doing. Knowing that you will come back to me to check on my progress I will feel more responsible to actually do the goal I set for myself. The same thing would be for you as well. Lets say you want to exercise for 30 min.  the next 3 days, I will check up on you how you are getting along.  

So what do you think, shall we try? I think it is quite cool as well that we are not in the same timezone. So in the morning I could let you know my goal, by the time you wake up, I would have made some progress and would check on you before I go to bed to see how you are getting along :)
