Today I am especially proud of myself as I think back to yesterday. When my other half and I were talking about an upcoming project…things got a little heated up. Then the little voice that often helps me check in with how I am feeling? Am I in alignment? Am I feeling good? Helped me check my alignment. AhA Moment...where did the good feeling go?

Yesterday night I had an Aha moment after watching Abraham Hicks You Tube Video – Ultra Successful People’s Traits…..These people have one track mind. How they talk only about the positive.

This morning …after a conversation with my husband I felt I couldn’t claw my way back up the emotional scale. My heart feels like its sunk to its lowest level. I have been trying to reach for a better feeling, it lasts for a few minutes and I am back down again.
