Financial:
This is my line in the sand. I will always have plenty of money to the things that I want to do. Money is always there for me in abundance.

Relational:
I love myself with all of my heart. I treasure the time I spend with myself and I am very comfortable alone. I do the things for myself that make me who I want to be. I have the perfect loving relationship with my partner. We totally get each other and share many goals. We spend a lot of quality time together. We have wonderful date nights that I would not trade for anything in the world. Our vacation and weekend getaways are always very passionate.

Mental:
I read two or three books a month and attend two or three seminars/Power Journeys a year. I have dominion over my emotions. Knowledge that is helpful to my growth seems to seek me out and find me.

Physical:
I love my awesome body. I am a very handsome man. I weigh 160 pounds and workout 5 times a week and I enjoy it.

Spiritual:
My connection with God is exceptional. I am an energy healer and a very good one. enjoy meditation thoroughly and have no resistance to connecting with my higher source.

Affirmation:
I have lost weight and now I look and feel better. I am more physically active and have improved my sex life. I treat my body with the respect that it deserves being the most precious gift I possess. I am proud of my body. My body has returned to being my primary tool of perception.
