Today I was feeling ho hum and i did my 15 min  Absolutely ab routine. It really turned me around. I felt like I took a happy pill and it gave me the kick to go to my swim club tonight. 

I am also reading The Magic by Rhonda Byrne that I would have to say is my new favourite book. It is about gratitude practices that you practice a new one each day for 28 days. Todays practice was to write yourself a check for an item you want to manifest and keep it somewhere you will see it daily. I…

do the Magic gratitude challenge: I absolutely love the book The Magic. I am half way through the 28 day gratitude book and really feel the transformation in my life of gratitude. The exercises are amazing.
