Hi there fellow cocreators its so lovely to be back on this site it has been a wee while since I last posted a blog. I am about to leave on a 2 week holiday in Rarotonga which is a blessing its great to be able to get away from the on going earthquake aftershocks here in Christchurch New Zealand.When I return from my holiday I intend to begin another challenge to help continue my physical & spiritual growth, its neat to see many of my friends still active on this wonderful cocreator site.… Continue

Good morning fellow co-creators its a lovely Sunday morning here in Christchurch New Zealand I love the Spring weather we are preparing for a warm Summer YYYYYYYYYYYYYes !!!! Its another day of gratitude and being grateful for All of my blessings. My colleage at work had family members die in the tsunami in Samoa this past week and another friend lost family in Tonga so sad, I'm grateful that I have been able to be there for my friends and help… Continue

I'm still learning about the Jon Gabriel method which is helping me to take care of my mind body & soul I'm learning to feed my body healthy foods my process has been slow but thats all good the big things is I'm not dieting anymore diets DON"T work for me this is a long term lifestyle change. Hi there everyone its the weekend here in New Zealand we are in our winter months so its cold outside which gives me a good excuse to stay warm infront of our warm fire OOOOOOOh so lovely winter can be a lovely time its not all gloom. Kia ora and a big hello its been a wee while since I last did a blog I'm doing fine life has been busy and healing in more ways than one.
