I personally avoided bananas and avocados because they tend to slow down the cleanse however I used them in previous cleanses due to being a newbie at that time.My first cleanse was a month on raw food which was very healing and I did eat lots of bananas and some avocados.Pls during my last juice I drank about 4 oz of bottled water and at times if I felt I needed an afternoon pick up I would add a little of the blueberry pomegranate juice to some water as it was too sweet on it's own,at least during the cleanse it tastes super sweet. At times I would add a little lemon juice to warm water and that was also really nice.In a few days your body almost seems to tell you what you need.I felt a need to bathe daily and clean my house.I avoided working out except for a little walking and stretching.I also did not take my vitamins or ground flaxseed although in the past I did use my flaxseed this time I decided not to I do know that vitamin pills are not advised as the whole purpose is to give your body a rest from the digestion process.Let me know how your journey goes..peace out Robinlynn

good morning Stella thanks for the friend quest!!I am sending you two messages. The juice fast was really just my own thing basically what I liked It was different than my first one which I used more fruit in a blender than vegetables because of my desire for sweets This time however I used alot more vegetables in my blender mostly tomatoes,a little garlic onion carrots bell peppers and a little radish I also like it spicey so I added a little black pepper and cayenne ground pepper don't forget to add water to blender. It really is a matter of what your preferences are.I don't like too much carrots personally but perhaps you like carrot juice. It is also a mistake to think the tomatoes are too acidic as in our bodys they are used in a more alkaline way and are healing.I usuaaly had two of those drinks a day one in the morning and one at around 6 pm.At lunch I have a little blender and I would make a fruit juice I liked to switch it up but I did usually have blueberries, strawberries and added all naturally Old Orchard brand 100 % juice and I really love the blueberry pomegranate YUMM
