So I thought I'd check in report on how my expectations and anticipations experiment is going. Right so it's been just over a week and where have I got to?



Firstly, I don't think anything I haven't expected has happened. But some good things I was expecting and set my intention on has certainly happened.



For a moment, I just want to write about how I'm feeling though. I've actually been trying to write a blog for a couple of days but have been busy doing bits and bobs and so just never got round to it. I have been feeling anxious and also down about my job situ, but… Continue

Woke up late as have a cold. Had some breakfast and decided to get set with the day!



Ah meditation, usually the best way to start the day is with setting my intentions. So this is what I set out today:



- Get phone calls to attend interviews
