- Intentions & Goals:
- I will post minimum 10 things I love daily to the "I Love" group.
I will post a minimum of 5 daily work related intentions to the "My Daily Intentions" group.
I will post a minimum of 5 personal intentions to the "My Daily Intentions" group.
I will lose 60 lbs.
I will drink a gallon of water a day.
I will bring fruits, vegetables, eggs and almonds with me to work so I can stay on my healthier me eating plan.
I will move into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a 2 car garage. It will have a big kitchen, multiple living areas (i.e. living room, office, playroom). It will have a yard. It will also have dishwasher, refigerator with ice maker and water filter, washer and dryer.
I will development my relationship with my kids.
I will give kisses and hugs in the morning as I leave for work.
I will give kisses and hugs when it is bedtime.
I will give kisses and hugs in between.
