About Me:: I am in transition in all facets, mind, body & spirit. I know that we are all co-creators of our lives whether it's consciously or by default. My desire is to fully employ myself into the practices as my own personal experiment in creating an authentic life. I am looking forward to this journey of revealing and aligning myself to walk my talk.
I am 54 years young and am a mother, grandmother, artist, Reiki practitioner, previously a midwife assisting homebirths in Texas, a dog trainer for Invisible Fence in upstate Ny, Office managment and much more. I am excited about the next 100 days and the gifts this will reveal!

Intentions & Goals:: The theme for my first season is "Lighten Up" for my mind, spirit and body. To feel more joy and greater connection with the earth and all my relations.
Mind intentions: increased joy, awareness, learn new things, My creative side: finish paintings with inspiration
Body intentions: Lose 30 lbs, feel more energy, establish beneficial habits, exercise, increase live foods, update my appearance. Feel & experience abundance for all my needs.
Spiritual intentions: Meditation habit established, increased intuiition. Getting to know myself and my divine source. Practice forgiveness .Increased faith and love.

Practices:: Vision Board, Journalography (Video Journal), Journaling, Gratitude Journal, Reading, Fitness, Meditation, Affirmations, Creating intentions, Take 100% responsibility for my life
