If you tend to over eat during the holidays (is there anyone who doesn't?) try using the affirmation “I eat in moderation because it feels good.” Repeat it over and over before you’re around holiday food. It may help.

Deepak Chopra has a new diet book out. In an interview with a local paper most of his advice was ok except for his recommendation to eat Mexican food. Foods filled with a lot cheese and high calorie starchy carbs, not so great for weight loss.
