London’s a fairly grey place – in fact weather wise, overcast is the order of the day. Ordinarily this can get a bit much at times, but in the autumn the slate grey clouds provide a perfect backdrop for the reds and browns of the autumn leaves. It’s visually quite stunning and uplifting I think.

I went to see Deepak Chopra give a talk on Thursday night in London. It was amazing! Deepak has such a wonderful energy to him that really helped to raise the vibration of the room.



My initial focus for my 100-day challenge was going to be on manifesting a larger home, and creating more wealth and abundance. While those are worthy goals, I think for this season, what I’d really like to attract and manifest in my life is a sense of self love and self acceptance.
