I really enjoy a little known author named Omraam Mikhael. The first book I read by him was called "The power of Thought" and was hooked on all his works from then on. Enjoy.

Its called "MY Baby Can Read" by Dr.Robert Titzer. its amazing yes I don't care if baby is 6 months he or she will read even before speaking don't believe me Research it!. the other wounder program regardless of the hearing of your child its amazing its called Signing Time with Alex and Leah with mom Rachel as host ASL. My children talked very early due to it as well as signed they both know over 75 signs each. It was so fun i learned sign more then i knew just by watching once or twice a day every day and your baby will be a genius like they are meant to be its not work to them its play this is why it works. On line PBS SIGNING TIME.COM I went to the library for all mine. But, I had to purchase My baby can read they have these flash cards that are great and you can make your own tape of more words using the same system so easy do not be fooled by the new guy out there trying to make you do what Titzer already did if you want to add more just make your own videos and put them up on YouTube it will help allot of people tha'ts for sign or for reading its great good luck. I feel soooo bad because you messaged me during the master cleanse with a question and I havent been here until now! I hope you found the laxative teas! They are available in most/all health food stores and some pharmacies here in Canada. TheSWF is ok after a few days. I advise trying it a few times if you do it again. I would advise not to do the cleanse if you dont have something for the elimination, but now that its two months later, this could be pointless. Sorry! How did it go?
I saw you just went to Vipassana. I have been twice, in India and here at home and love it also. I have some vacation time coming and am not able to afford a vacation , so that might be just the inspiration and mental break I need! Thanks for the reminder. have you been keeping up with your practice? I find an hour a day impossible, but would like to get to 30 min. HOw are you finding it now that you are home?
