Today I was feeling the contrast a little more than I would have prefered, so kept trying to direct my thoughts to the positive; listened to some Abraham and tried to take on board some pointers, eventually went out, had an errand to run when it hit me!!! Well not been here for a while, things been happening, had some really sad news recently and found self in some negative situations, dealing with it all but don't want to dwell on it. I want to focus on the positive.

Well I decided today was the right day to start my new season - season 6! How time flies.



I had a beautiful walk with the dog this morning and a bit of a run, it was fun, gets the energy flowing. It's a great feeling being out early, breathing in the fresh air and connecting with nature. Well another romance update; had a date with the guy I previously mentioned, date was ok, he still seemed kind of nervous but settled down, we chatted and had a few drinks and talked nonsence really, but had fun with it.
