100 Day Challenge

Today I am starting the 100 Day Challenge. I will be writing my goals and intentions today and will post them here soon. My main goal is to be the best ME in 2010. I'm going to call this my ME DECADE. I have found that the only way I can help others is to be the best ME possible. To be continued...

5/3/09- Day 1

Hello, Co-Creators:



This is the day I am to begin my Season 2 of the 100 Day Reality Challenge. This is not a good day. My mother was suddenly taken ill and was rushed to the hospital. Thank God it wasn't a stroke like I thought, but a TIA, which is minor. Thankfully, all her vitals are normal and she had no signs of brain damage. Season 2- The Night Before...

Sunday will start Season 2 for me. I didn't do everything I wanted in Season 1, but I did accomplish some things like:



1. I started exercising regularly for about 1 hr 5-6 days/week. In 5 weeks I have lost about 10 lbs. and about 10 inches overall. I also made my diet more healthy and monitored my portion sizes. I record everything I eat as well as my exercises in a journal. It has helped me get a grip on what I'm putting into my body. Also, I started to take a boot camp style class… Continue

Day 9- 1/27/09

Today is Day 9 and I have accomplished some things, but I still tend to procrastinate. Here are some things I've done so far:



1. I signed up for a teleseminar for 5 weeks called, "Overcoming Underearning", by Barbara Stanny. It is based on her book of the same title. We go over different chapters in the book each week and discuss them and any other questions we have. There are about 60 women participating in this and I really enjoy it. Today is the first day of my 100 Day Challenge. I wanted to start on 1/15/09 like Lilou, but my PC decided it wanted to update and threw me out while I was blogging. The theme of my Season 1 Challenge is BE, DO, HAVE. My first 33 days will be focused on the BE. This is what I will BE 33 days from today:



I will BE UNCLUTTERED IN MY PHYSICAL ENVIROMENTS-HOUSE, CAR, WORK SPACE, ETC.



I will BE WORKING OUT 5-6 DAYS/WEEK FOR AT LEAST 1 HR/DAY
